What materials do you use?

How long does delivery take?
For customized furniture, delivery timing is confirmed at order and is typically 7–10 days depending on complexity.
What are the delivery charges?
Orders of AED 499 and above → Free delivery. Orders below AED 499 → Flat delivery charge of AED 80. Orders ship when all items are ready.
How do I track my order?
Use our Order Tracking page with your Order ID and billing email (see your order confirmation email).
Can I return or exchange?
Customized furniture is non-returnable due to its personalized nature. For any concerns on damaged/incorrect items, contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery for assistance.
Can I modify/cancel an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Because custom work moves quickly into production, changes may not be possible once materials are cut or finishing has begun.
