Non-Return Policy – Customized Furniture
At SLM Furniture Dubai, every customized furniture piece is specially designed and built to your unique requirements. Due to the personalized nature of these products, all customized furniture sales are final and non-returnable.
Why Returns Are Not Accepted for Customized Furniture
- Made-to-order: Each item is crafted specifically for your order and cannot be resold.
- Unique materials & finishes: Fabric, wood, PU, metal, color, and design selections are chosen exclusively by you.
- Handcrafted production: Minor variations in texture, grain, or color are natural and are not considered defects.
Order Confirmation & Approval
- Before production begins, we will share an Order Confirmation and Design Approval Form.
- Please review dimensions, materials, finishes, and colors carefully.
- Once approved, changes or cancellations cannot be made without additional costs.
Quality Standards
- All customized furniture is made using the agreed specifications and high-quality materials.
- Slight differences from digital images (in shade, texture, or finish) may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and natural material variations.
Exceptions for Returns/Exchanges
We will accept a return or replacement request only in the following cases:
- The item is damaged during delivery.
- The item contains a manufacturing defect.
- The delivered product does not match the approved design/specifications.
Note: Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with photographs and/or videos for verification.
What Is Not Covered
- Customer’s change of mind after production has started.
- Incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
- Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper installation after delivery.
- Normal wear and tear over time.
Repair & Warranty
If your customized furniture is covered by our warranty policy, we will repair or replace defective parts as per the warranty terms, instead of processing a return.
